Tardy Policy: A late fee of $10 will be charged if the client is 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment, or if scheduled appointment exceeds added time due to client's delay. If client is more than 30 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled, with respect to other booked appointments.
Cacellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours notice via text or email to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If cancellation is do to makeup artist, A full refund of your deposit will be provided to client within 14 business days.
Rescheduling: In the event that you must reschedule your appointment, your deposit may be applied to your rescheduled service within 7 days of rescheduling your original appointment. Appointments can only be rescheduled ONCE. YOU MUST RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT TIME. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A LOSS OF YOUR PAYMENT AND YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE
Travel:An additional mileage and travel equipment fee of $40 will be applicable for a on location appointment.
Travel accommodations outside of Louisiana will be at client’s expense (travel,food,parking etc.)
Please note: Makeup artist has the right to take photos or videos, for promotional use on social media pages and website.
Final payment: The balance is due in cash or cash app the day of appointment.
