Late Policy: A late fee of $10 will be charged if the client is 15 minutes late, for their scheduled appointment, or if scheduled appointment exceeds more time due to client's delay. If client is more than 30 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled, with respect to other booked appointments.
Rescheduling: In the event that you must reschedule your appointment, your deposit may be applied to your rescheduled service within 7 days of rescheduling your original appointment. Appointments can only be rescheduled ONCE. YOU MUST RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT TIME. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A LOSS OF YOUR PAYMENT AND YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED. YOU
Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours notice via phone or email to cancel and reschedule your appointment. If cancellation is due to makeup artist, a full refund of all monies/deposits paid will be provided to client within 14 business days.
